Valeska Rojas
Head of Planning and Management Control

As the management controller, Valeska is integral to strategic decision-making at MCP in Chile. She leverages data, insights, and a deep understanding of resort performance to provide leadership teams with the clear, actionable reporting they need to make informed choices across multiple business areas. She enjoys contributing work that directly impacts how the company operates and grows. She earned her degree in Information and Management Control Engineering from the University of Chile, graduating with distinction, and was recognized with the Valle 2024 Seal Award for Simplify. Outside of work, she actively volunteers in a program supporting children in residential care and enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband, their two children, and their dog.
