Born and raised in Farmington, New Mexico, Tyler brings deep Four Corners roots and a passion for community to everything he does. As HR Coordinator on our People Team, he supports our resort staff by managing payroll and benefits across more than 14 mountains in North and South America while helping drive recruiting, compliance, and foundational AI projects. Holding a B.A. in business economics from Fort Lewis College, Tyler is as dedicated to helping others off the clock as he is at work. He spends his free time coaching local middle and high school wrestlers into state champions and running an outdoor living design business with his father. Whether he’s fly fishing local Southwest waters, taking chairlift meetings, or lapping McCormick’s Maze at Purgatory, Tyler puts our people first.
