With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida, she’s a pro at streamlining processes, setting up new products, and supporting ticketing purchases. Whenever there’s an issue, Shelbi’s the one to call for fixing bugs, troubleshooting issues and pulling reports. Her favorite part? Having the opportunity to support an awesome guest experience. When she’s not working her magic on our systems, you can find her in the mountains camping, hammocking, kayaking, or hiking.
