Kyle is a creative visionary around MCP, helping team members bring innovative marketing ideas to life. After years of skiing local hills in Minnesota, he headed out west to pursue his dream of living in the mountains. Armed with a degree in visual communications from Brown College, Kyle eventually took the helm of the marketing department at Arizona Snowbowl, where his visual storytelling prowess helped Snowbowl’s lift mechanic team win Ski Area Management Magazine’s coveted “Rise Up Challenge” in 2022. Today, at MCP, Kyle is sharing his creativity, analytical thinking and love for the outdoors on a bigger scale while helping other teams succeed. When he’s not mentoring MCP team members, you can find Kyle capturing content, snowboarding or on his mountain bike - if he’s lucky, he’s doing all three.
