Kuzi is a people-minded executive leader who has spent over two decades helping drive our company’s growth. A serial athlete with a passion for snowboarding and golf, he is drawn to challenges that inspire you to bring your best, and he brings that same appetite to our brands. As a partner at MCP, Kuzi oversees all of the company’s golf and multifamily operations across the Southwest, including course and clubhouse performance and a growing portfolio of residential, mixed-use and commercial real estate across multiple states. He also leads the projects that shape the aesthetic and emotional experience of our guests, from the contemporary environmental design of our new and remodeled buildings to strategic brand partnerships that guests and employees alike have come to love. Kuzi earned his bachelor’s degree in communications and business from the University of Arizona. Today, he elevates the game for all of us.
