Kaysha was destined to work at Mountain Capital Partners. As a 6-year-old, Kaysha first learned to ski at the very first ski area in our collective - the rest, as they say, is history. Kaysha is the coordinator of all things for our managing partner, James Coleman. Kaysha brings an impressive repertoire of skills: on any given day, she's coordinating travel schedules, leading the company's women's book club (which she founded in 2018), organizing teams and meetings, and guiding corporate interior design projects - all without breaking a sweat. Like her boss, Kaysha hails from the Lone Star State where she studied at the University of Texas San Antonio.
