Harrison is a tech-savvy HR pro with a passion for skiing and a knack for streamlining the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our company running. From payroll to coordinating benefits, to working on high-impact projects for leadership, Harrison brings innovation and energy to every corner of MCP. Raised in Durango, Harrison first learned to ski at Purgatory Resort when he was just four years old, and it still tops his list of favorite places to ski, especially Upper Catharsis and Pitchfork. Harrison’s claim to fame is having skied and surfed in the same day. You’ll often find him dirt biking, off-roading, camping, river surfing, or volunteering at his church. With a B.S. in Computer Science from Point Loma Nazarene University and current graduate studies in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at CSU Global, Harrison is always leveling up. Professionally, he’s proud of building smart tools, both software and AI powered, making work better and more efficient for teams across all our resorts.
