THE MARQ  Located in Sacramento, CA

Sold in February 2016, The Marq was operated in the portfolio since 2010. The Marq was comprised of 1 and 2-bedroom apartment homes nestled in the backyard of Sacramento State University campus. The community was only 10 minutes from Downtown Sacramento and located right along the American River. ZONA RIO  Located in Tucson, AZ

Sold in September of 2014, Zona Rio was operated in the portfolio since 2002. Zona Rio was comprised of 1 and 2-bedroom apartment homes. Zona Rio was located just minutes from Downtown and only 1.5 miles from the University of Arizona. Being so close to business, shopping, restaurants and schools, Zona Rio was an easy choice and attraction for various demographics.
